1. Scope of validity
The following general trading conditions in their at the time of the order valid version apply for the business relation between Sphaerenschale.de and customers - also for all future business which may follow. Sphaerenschale.de does not accept deviating conditions of the customer unless Sphaerenschale.de have agreed in written form.

2. Conclusion of a contract and resigning
Sphaerenschale.de commit themselves to accept the order of the customer on the conditions of the Website. Write -, print - or calculation errors on this site justify Sphaerenschale.de to resign from the contract.

3. Prices, supply and forwarding expenses
All prices understand themselves inclusive German tax. If there has been no other agreament, the supply takes place from stock to the ship-to-address with the Federal Postal Administration in Germany by cash on delivery. While prices have been calculated in a way that there won`t be extra charges for shipment in Germany there are higher shipment costs outside of Germany and cash on delivery is not possible with all European Countries. Customers outside of Germany have to make contact with Sphaerenschale.de to get informed about actual extra charges. In most of the possible cases there are 10 Euro extra for the delivery and 5 Euro for the money transfare. These extracosts will be cancelled if customers buy at least 2 singing bowls. For Germany following conditions hold true: Except with accessories the prices are in such a way calculated that no additional costs arise. Sending of accessories only additionally costs 10 Euro for an insured cash-on-delivery package (6.50 euro by paying in advance) or 4 Euro with a parcel ( paying in advance ). In the latter case the customer carries the risk of the dispatch. Any singing bowl of a value higher than 100 Euro includes a bowl pillow and striker without any further costs. There are further rabbats for the purchase of severak bowls at one time. For amounts higher than 5kg of weight we offer 30% reducing. Salemen may ask for special conditions.

4. Return right
Customers have a revocation right of 14 days according to t present law starting from receipt of the commodity. Because we cannot offer a guarantee period under the usual conditions for the singing - and planetary bowls, which are not new, we extend this return period to 28 days. If the customer should make use of this, he should resign the contract within 28 days after receipt of the commodity in written form ( letter or fax ) and send the commodity back to us. CONDITION: Each transmission must be dispatched intact and as insured package. No "unfree transmissions" are accepted. BACK SENDING ADDRESS: Sphaerenschale.de, z.H. 5.Transport Damages
Please examine your package on delivery according to transport damages. If you find any damage whether outside or inside, you have to get a confirmation of this damage immediately by the parcel service that delivering. If there is any sign of damage, please unpack the package in presence of the parcel service. Without any written confirmation we cannot supply a free replacement or refund the commodity value.

6. Maturity and Payment
The purchase price becomes immediately due with order. The customer can pay us in advance or select the cash on delivery order we offer.

7. Retention of title
Up to the complete payment the supplied commodity remains in the property of Sphaerenschale.de.

8. Defect guarantee and legal liability
The offered singing bowls and planetary bowls are collected antikes of northeast India, they are not new. Scratches and stains here are no reason for lack objection. These bowls can be sent back to us in the context of the return right. If below not else stated there are no further claims of the customer. Sphaerenschale.de is not responsible for any damage, that did not arise with the delivery article; in particular Sphaerenschale.de is not responsible for lost profit or for other financial damages of the customer. As far as the adhesion is excluded from Sphaerenschale.de or limited, this applies also to the personal adhesion of employees, representatives and executing aides. This limitation of liability does not apply if the cause of the damage is based on purpose or rough negligence. Furthermore it applies not if the customer has pleas out of §§ 1,4 product-liability-law or if he has pleas because of the absence of a assured characteristic or claims in accordance with §§ 463, 480 Abs. 2 BGB. If Sphaerenschale.de neglects a contract-substantial obligation, the obligation to indemnify for special or personal injuries is limited to the typically developing damage. Because of the singing bowls and planetary bowls being antique and previously used, the usual guarantee period is void. In order to create a replacement for this case, we expand the return right to four weeks.

9. Applicable right and area of jurisdiction
German right under exclusion of the UN Kaufrecht applies. 72705 Reutlingen is agreed on being the area of jurisdiction in any controversy.

10.Data security
Sphaerenschale.de is justified to process those data of the customer concerning the trading conditions regardless whether data have been sent by the customer or by relatives, in accordance with the Federal Law for Data Protection. This reference replaces the report in accordance with Federal Law for Data Protection that personal data over the customers are stored and processed by means of EDP.
